today is a very bad day for me
not at work of cuz
but after work
cuz i had to attend a short course called "blah...blah communication"
and its so sucks BIG TIME!!!!!!
firstly, we are supposed to mingle with the others
and then we are supposed to come up with a role play
the scenario goes like this..

come back with no pain
2 hrs later got pain
den nurse have to do the necessary stuff lah
objectives is hao nurse react
in addition giving gd service
well at 1st got other girl hu kena bcum the nurse
den she ane staff
so they decided to change the actress lah
happen to b ME!!!
i was like "SHIT!"
i m a stage shit
of cuz nervous lah
so i kept practising hao to act lor
den this bloody nurse from ICU like bitch

plus the actor (another sgh staff) is abit flirty
ask him where is the pain

have to go stage n present to the rest

of cuz i kept smiling lah
